Ringway Intranet
Refreshing new intranet for a leading road maintenance company. The fully dynamic site has a unique lifestyle look and feel, breaking away from traditional intranet design.
Strategy
To design and build a system to engage with staff and create an easy-to-use hub of information.
Ideas
Facilitated initial project workshop to uncover project objectives. Resulted in a stylish intranet design with 'LiveLounge' section with features such as weather, traffic, webcams and staff forum. We also added modules such as meeting room booking systems, stationery requisitioning system and PPE ordering system.
Results
From a benchmark survey we increased usage and created a real talking point amongst staff at all levels.
